Tax Litigation

Our primary objective is to resolve any dispute with the IRS or the state taxing authorities as early as possible without the need for litigation.

However, when litigation is unavoidable or chosen as a tactical alternative for resolving a dispute, we primarily represent taxpayers in the United States Tax Court, United States Bankruptcy Court and Federal District Court and we have experience dealing with the special rules of the Tax Court.

Tax matters that we will litigate in Tax court relate to the following notices received:
  • Notice of Deficiency
  • Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action
  • Notice of Determination of Worker Classification
  • Notice of Determination Concerning Relief from Joint and Several Liability

If you received any such notices, do not hesitate to contact us.
